  • Most classes are 90 minutes to 2 hours long including the pasta tasting

  • The minimum number of people for a private class is 8 people or you may buyout the class fo $600 for up to 8 people. We can accommodate up to 25 people.

    Private classes are charged at a flat rate for a maximum number of guests. Cost of the class varies based on class format and number of people.

    If you have a smaller group, we can schedule a public class around your event/celebration and seat you together for the class.

  • We will try our best but you must contact us no later than 1 week in advance. This may not be possible for every type of class. Wheat is used in almost every class. Eggs and Dairy can sometimes be avoided.

  • Water is provided. You may BYOB your own wine or beer and drink during the pasta tasting portion of the class. No drinking is allowed during the pasta making portion in the kitchen area.

  • We usually have leftovers during the pasta tasting since everyone makes a full portion or more of pasta. There is typically plenty of pasta to eat.

  • You will be standing for a little over an hour. Please dress comfortably. This is a hands-on class with plenty of flour. Aprons will be provided.

  • Classes are held at 3101 Guess Rd, Unit E in Durham. Classes are NOT held at Melina’s Fresh Pasta shop. There is a large parking lot - please do not park in any reserved spaces.

  • A cookbook with recipes from the class will be emailed to all participants within 1 week of the class.

  • Children 8 an older are welcome with an adult. Both the child and adult must be registered for the class separately.
