The Eggplant Parmesan cooking class is a hands-on workshop designed for both novice and seasoned cooks looking to explore the rich flavors of authentic Italian cuisine.
Participants will learn all the steps in how to create their very own Eggplant Parmesan meal.
We will make a rich tomato sauce, learn how to slice and bread the eggplant to achieve a perfect golden-brown crust then layer it with the sauce, mozzarella and parmesan.
By the time you leave, you’ll not only take home a delicious meal but also newfound knowledge and confidence in the kitchen to impress your friends and family.
All classes are hands-on. Everything will be made from scratch and by hand.
