We will being with making a fresh egg pasta dough. Next, you will learn how to thin out the dough and form it into 3 pasta shapes.
At the end of the class, we will eat what we make with 3 sauces and Prosecco.

We eat what we make! We will cook up the pasta together for a tasting at the end of the class. This is typically enough for a light meal.
